VALUATION OF CAPITAL GOODS

Within a project team with partners from Italy, France, UK, Netherlands and Denmark, Framian has contributed to a review approaches to capital valuation proposed by OECD. The review shows unambiguously that Perpetual Inventory Method has become the most important international standard for valuation of tangible capital goods. The project team has demonstrated through national case studies that the method can be also applied to analysis of costs and earning in fisheries. (download report)
